Is there like a page somewhere on deviant that list's all the deviants open for commissions? You know like there is for OCT's?

The only one I know of is :iconoperation-relocation:. It lists artists that are currently taking commissions, mostly for emergency reasons (lost their job, paying for school, etc.).
