Oh my God, a Daily Deviation. You guys are fantastic, thank you so much!
"Monster Boy" is based in a world where humans carry invisible "monsters". These creatures are bound to their human hosts, and represent all that is negative about that person's personality: they are the manifestation of a problem that human current has in their life. They exist in a plane entirely seperate to reality, they cannot affect the real world, nor can they be seen or heard.
However, our main character (whose name seems to escape most) is sure that he's hearing voices. Soon enough, he discovers that these voices belong to his own monster, Vex, who has recently claimed the boy as his human host.
Naturally, the boy promptly panics, until he discovers that he is not alone. He soon meets two children that, like him, can see and interact with monsters: Viola and Chris. The story follows their relationship as they explore the idea of monsters, what they mean to humans, and what it is they really want.
Monster Boy is an animation project currently in the works at Bournemouth University. Thanks again to all those who helped me with this project! And to my animation team: I greatly look forward to working with you in October. c:

(I misspelt two people's names in the credits, my deepest apologies. I rendered a second version with the names corrected, but it seems that DA Film, much like YouTube, won't let me edit video files.)All music and sound effects are royalty free.
